A Miami-based developer with a builder's discipline.

Led by founder Amir Zare, Zare Development specializes in identifying underutilized real estate and unlocking its value through strategic design, construction management, and market-focused planning. From our Miami headquarters, we operate actively across Washington, DC and South Florida.

We manage the full lifecycle of every project — acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, and sale — pairing rigorous financial modeling with hands-on construction oversight to deliver high-quality residences on disciplined timelines and budgets. To date, the firm has developed 78 residences across 18 projects representing more than $22 million in total investment.
