A ground-up luxury residence in the prestigious Chevy Chase neighborhood of upper Northwest Washington. Zare Development delivered an expansive single-family home of roughly 6,200 square feet, with five bedrooms and a refined contemporary program of open living spaces, high-end millwork, and a chef's kitchen — pairing classic Chevy Chase character with modern construction quality. Completed in 2019.
